Unable to login
I got a permission denied when trying to login through mobile app, yet I can login just fine using laptop browser.
Scam. Cannot use the reward
I try to use my reward to stay for 1 night. But i experience a problem. Tried to contact customer service to help but no solution given to me. Tried many times still cannot make any booking. Customer service don’t know how to resolve this situation. Worst app ever. They should be making this easier for people traveling not making them confused.
Credit card fraud
I speak here as a victim of credit card fraud. Somebody stole my data and used it for two transactions on January 28th 2020 and I was charged with those transactions (Bank Mandiri is still running investigation for that). The amounts were IDR 1.449.581 and 1.942.278. Really weird because there wasn’t any OTP messages: this means your security system is unsafe or more precisely - directly or not - helps fraudulent practices. Please note that I never made bookings or whatever with this app or Hotels.com website. Fix this problem and of course, use OTP for EACH transaction made with credit card.
Komplain pembayaran dan pemesanan hotel terkait covid19
Hotel. Com mengecewakan , saya tidak bisa menginap di couryard west edinburgh karena covid19 dan semua negare melarang warganya untuk bepergian kenegara terdampak covid 19 dan scotlandia juga menutup / mengisolasi sampai akhir juni . Saya bayar di hotel com dibulan juni ini dan saya akan meminta refund karena kondisi kami yg tidak dapat masuk ke scotland dan tidak bisa keluar karena selain tidak ada pesawat juga tidak diperbolehkan berangkatatau masuk ke sana, saya juga membeli hotel yg sama di bulan juni ini dari travel lain dan travel lain bisa membatalkan dan refund uang kami tanpa dikenai biaya apapun dalam waktu pengembalian 15-30 hari . Kami sangat kecewa dengan hotel com , kami harap anda bisa memperjuangkan refund kami karena ini bukan kesalahan kami tapi karena kondisi akibat covid19 . Kami harap anda berhasil sehingga kami masih bisa memesan hotel dengan anda .
