I can’t check my reward, I can’t redeem my reward, 1 star until this issue is resolved.
Rewards always error
I cannot open rewards tabs menu, I don’t know what happen..
No Customer Service
The customer service is non-existence. Cannot find help to find status of refund.

Always default 1 person check in and hotels cheating for 2nd person

Unable to login
I got a permission denied when trying to login through mobile app, yet I can login just fine using laptop browser.
Scam. Cannot use the reward
I try to use my reward to stay for 1 night. But i experience a problem. Tried to contact customer service to help but no solution given to me. Tried many times still cannot make any booking. Customer service don’t know how to resolve this situation. Worst app ever. They should be making this easier for people traveling not making them confused.
