Bad when travelling
The app doesn’t save your booked hotels, so you need wifi/data roaming to be able to get reservation numbers or addresses. All the app wants to do is get you to book hotels, not help you get to, or find information about your bookings. Infuriating.
Easy to use
Only started to use this type of booking last year after always doing it via Google in each town I wanted to stay, the App is easy, enter the town or city and there’s loads of options to choose from. Easy billing and reprint when claiming expenses back for work etc.
Excellent Customer Service
Very tidy & clean hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was delicious.

Incessant notifications on my phone that are impossible to clear

The bed is a little hard
Not enough towels in bathroom and the kitchen cupboards are low I hit my head a few time
Otherwise it is in a great location, spacious room and great service

Very poor service
Phoned them up at the request of the hotel to arrange more costly room and they came to the conclusion after half an hour that the answer was for me to phone the hotel back.
