Worst customer services ever!
Hotels.com delivered the absolute worst customer service imaginable! They refuse to resolve any issues, simply give up, and then ask for forgiveness. This is an appalling company. I will never use them again and strongly recommend others avoid them as well. Stay away!
App review
Great app but for some reason my messages that I have read remain unread.
Good company, bad app
This version of the app is very poor. Cannot easily find reward information or booking details, not user friendly at all. Hotels.com is great but this app is hopeless

App works ok, has no way to delete or mark as read inbox messages which is frustrating.
Garbage!
This App gets worse over time. Latest update and I can’t see my reward nights, the virtual agent gave me my bookings instead of reward nights and disabled typing!
Unhappy customer
I booked and completed a cruise, it appears on my app under my bookings, but it has not been added to my rewards, after chatting via app to get help, I have now had my chat muted.
Fantastic and Easy to Book.
Used this App for 10 or more years. Fantastic and easy to use. Great bonus nights after so many stays. Recommend this to our friends.
Frustrating to use
You have to put the intinerary number in everytime you want to manage your booking! It is extremely frustrating and unnecessary. I had to go to my confirmation email every time to look it upeven though I am logged in to the app. I will not use Hotel.com again for this reason.
Constant errors
Been using this app for years and it now constantly throws up a “something went wrong error” for both my husband and i’s devices. Have updated the app and deleted re downloaded with the same problem.
