I didn’t receive my pairing code via sms. Then for security reasons (???) I was blocked for 24 hours!!! No chat support. If I needed 24 hours for an account imagine how long it will take for other processes using the app.

The sms pin is never being sent. I’ve checked with other users as well and they all deal with the same issue. The automated support is worthless and the human support never connects to the chat.

They are unprofessionals,they ban accounts without explaining and they delay to return your money for weeks,don’t trust this bank they are thieves

Have been locked out from my account for two days now. Have tried contacting them have sent a mail to support but nothing! Fortunately my balance was low but imagine if I had my money trusted to this institution and desperately needed them and couldn’t find a way to communicate or to get any meaningful support! Was thinking of using them as my main choice for transactions and investment, but after all that no way!

I changed phones and they don’t send emails to my email address so I can pair my new phone with my card…. This is unacceptable

On a Friday, my account was blocked out of nowhere even though I’ve been using it for years. Didn’t do something out of the ordinary. Customer service said it’s a “routine check”. Why would you perform a routine check just before the weekend? Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They couldn’t even share when that routine check will be done. Their response was “we can’t do anything, wait for an email”
