It’s a great card needs few more improvements to be on the top I give 5 * because I have used quite few years now and it is always a great service when traveling abroad, specially when you can pay instantly on any bank account in the world. The most important improvement I think is to have multiple choices of deposit money in your account, specially from ATM in all of EEU.
On a Friday, my account was blocked out of nowhere even though I’ve been using it for years. Didn’t do something out of the ordinary. Customer service said it’s a “routine check”. Why would you perform a routine check just before the weekend? Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They couldn’t even share when that routine check will be done. Their response was “we can’t do anything, wait for an email”
Why don’t accept Greek ID?
The worst service ever. Transfer gets suspended as some “routine check” is happening into the account. Such information is also not provided - I had to contact customer support to find out about this when the “instant” transfer TO MY OWN ACCOUNT was not arriving after two days of waiting. Trashy customer support - no further information, just wait for a couple of more days. Other bank services at least informs and asks for any supportive documents, if needed. Here - silence. Wait. Someone will inform you someday. Or maybe not. Sent 1000€ to my other bank account to buy groceries - nah, we will do a routine check instead of doing our job and delivering a transfer. Just tell the kids to wait a couple of days for their food and perhaps the money will be released. Or again - no information will be given. TRASHIEST SERVICE EVER!!! ANYONE WHO STILL THINKS WHETHER TO USE IT - DON’T. !!!
The card N26 is the best credit card
Be aware of this bank no support sepa transfer more than 5 days and closing your accounts without reason be careful
They Can’t confirm my ID even after 20 times trying with perfect clear photos . We speak about a 🤡 app
Bank demands after some years that you update your details with them. The update does not take into account people living in places with no street address (e.g. a village). There’s no obvious path to talk to them. If you don’t comply and bend over, they’ll lock your account and you can’t take your money. A lawsuit is coming your way, people. You’re withholding my money, no matter your excuse! I’m f——ing done with your bank!
I recently complained about the stupid KYC system that N26 applies and their answer was come and talk to us on Twitter!!! I took out all my money from the account and if N26 insists on maintaining this impersonal service I will close the account. N26 get your grip together.
I was sent an email to fill in a questionnaire to verify my personal details, I never found the questionnaire in the app, they told me that was because my phone was not paired and all kind of stuff that I could not understand. So I told them that I am willing to send them any documents that they want and they refused insisting that I have to pair my phone!!! This is nonsense. They should start behaving like a real bank not just an app.
