Run away from this bank! This is the first time I write a review on Apple Store. Just so that others don’t suffer the same troubles like me and thousands of other N26 clients did. Google it and you'll find plenty of stories about banks stealing people's money. I read this myself before opening a bank account, but I thought it was the machinations of competitors! Now I really regret that I ignored these reviews. In general, a year after opening the account, the bank blocked it. N26 sent a standard letter saying that the account was closed for some extraordinary reasons (they send it to everyone they block). N26 takes your money, deletes your account, deprives you of access to the support service and switches to communication via e-mail. But! After a couple of notification emails, they stop responding to all your emails. You have no money and no opportunities to resolve anything with the bank. This is a digital bank and you are simply lose your funds by the click of a button. The only thing left to do is complain to the supervisory authorities or the court. But this is a waste of time, money, and nerves. N26 suggests, apparently, that you will give up and simply forget about your loss. Many people do this if the stolen money by N26 not too much - several hundred euros. It's easier to forget. But it’s better not to take risks and not deal with digital scammers from N26 in the first place! Be careful!!!

Don't even think about forging bills there. It just sucks and totally sucks. A company that doesn't care about its reputation.
This is a catastrophe
Card verification is terrible, people who do this drop the video call and don’t want to do anything. I tried to go through verification with 5 operators, but only one of them deigned to do at least something, but then simply canceled the call. On the second attempt, the same operator immediately canceled the video call. And the verification itself looks terrible, some teenagers in a noisy room are checking your documents

Just best impressions
Perfect banking experience but…
After updating the application, it is almost impossible to use the analytics of income and expenses. For some reason the expenses started to include movements between spaces, so the amounts are not correct. Revenues and expenses are now not compared and are on different tabs. This is exactly the case when the best is the enemy of the good. Rushing to update for the sake of updating you just broke the analytics, guys. Put it back the way it was!
Unreliable bank
Don’t hold a lot of money in this bank. The bank might block your account any time! Use other banks!
Don’t bother trying
If you birth place is Russia they will reject you. Obviously not wishing any luck to you guys, see you bankruptcies sooon
