Everything made simple and beautiful!
Really good would recommend over many others
I am super happy with the easy access to the app and how quickly the response is on the support and I have never encountered any issues with the service or the card nor any transactions, however the only disadvantage is that it is based in DE - Deutschland - Germany - the EU. The fees for transferring money from some countries even within the EU and in € is somehow high not i26’s fault but appart from this really great online banking and card much better than the other Lithuanian based one beginning with R and ending with T!

This is How it How a modern net Bank should work. Just great!
I am now after soon 6 months as a N26 customer still amazed by How Well this service work. No snags, No long waiting time if I need help. Just very smart easy to use. The net Bank is truly designed for a smart phone and quite frankly sometime I ask myself why I still bother with being a customer in 4 old dinosaur banks!

Trouble pairing
Pairing my new iPhone 12 turned out to be quite troublesome. Eventually I unpaired my old phone first, but sure it was related. It did not help immediately after doing that I had to try a few times. Please have your QA team make sure this works properly!
