Awful Bank - Worst Experience, My Money Is Gone

Awful bank. Stay away!! I had all of my money stolen via fraudulent hackers and N26 DID NOT REFUND a cent. They said my digital card was connected to my Iphone's Apple Wallet, and thus, it was not their fault the charges occurred. Hahahaha, duh, of course I use my digital card via my phone. So many better and legit banks to choose from. Don't fall for their "best for expats" trick. I’ve disputed the charges, filed a police report, hired a lawyer, and submitted a complaint to the bank with evidence. I wish this didn’t have to be but I’ve learned my lesson with this corrupt bank. We’ll see how this plays out legally in court. The bank won’t even LET YOU SPEAK ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT. You are FORCED to speak with an AI Bot. Looking forward to their automated response to this review. 😂

Really Slow App 🐌

I feel like every network request in this app takes an eternity. And no it’s not my network. Like login and card settings take forever to load. I have to function at 0.5x speed to follow this app

excellent experience

Never had such a helpful and easy-to-use bank

Have had my account with them for almost 5 years now. And the support team helped me get a refund of hundreds of euros that came out from a couple of unauthorized online transactions made with my card. They were super responsive and took immediate action and had it resolved within a week.

If they are not available here then why put the up to down load

Good app

Which makes it all the more baffling why I can’t choose which notifications to get. The developers clearly spent a lot of effort to make a good app and the fact that I cannot customize my notifications (or give feedback like this through the app) means that N26 has decided not to include those features for some reason. Thus the one star review. Please fix and I will gladly up it to 4 stars.

Trouble pairing my phone

So many bugs! The app won’t let me pair my phone, and without the pairing the app is pretty useless.
