My name is Bohdan and I sincerely admire your bank and the innovative services you provide. I appeal to you with a request to consider adding support for the Ukrainian language and making your services available to customers from Ukraine.
Ukraine is a country with huge potential and active users of digital technologies. Support for the Ukrainian language and the availability of your bank in our region will open up new opportunities for both parties. This will help attract new customers who value your services, but do not yet have the opportunity to take advantage of them due to the language barrier and regional restrictions.
I hope you will consider my proposal and support for the Ukrainian language will be a new step in the development of your bank.

Extremely slow and not very helpful support
I opened an account months ago for my autónomo in Spain. I sent all the requested documents with my application and it took more than a month to actually get the account opened, never got to know why it took so long.
New issue, In my app a see an option of Savings account, tried to click on it and it didn’t work for me. I reached out to customer service in chat and they told me they’ll pass my request further to responsible team.
Again, about a month later(!!!!) I receive an answer that I cannot open the savings account because my tax identification number is not verified (?!???). So, 1) what is my autonomo documentation for? 2) why it took soooo long to respond? 3) how do I verify the tax number than?, it would be helpful to have that in the response as well… Now should I expect 1 month at least to verify my tax number and than +1 month to actually open the savings account??
I’m really frustrated, why is the online banking slower than a snail mail and looks like not interested in their customers’ satisfaction 🤷♀️
N26 = Scam
I do not recommend using this application! This office collected my personal data, documents, ultimately refused to open an account, refused to explain the reason and refused to delete my account and personal data. Technical support is terrible, they answer once every 2 weeks! Don't trust them with your money and personal information.
UPD: at first I was upset, but then I read the reviews about this company and thought that fate had saved me from losses with n26.

Great idea for Germany. When confirming Id, bank reps are not polite and frankly, you get the urge to keep using exchange cards (even though they are not very convenient). On the marketing side, interesting. I wish you success in the development and provision of service
Worst bank app ever made
I don’t get my card that I paid for. Paid 10 euro for nothing. And if you didn’t receive card you need to reordered for another 10 euros. Then customer support proposed me to pay extra 20 euro for fast delivery.
I think they are racist
They can’t open account to me and can’t tell why. I think the main reason because I am Ukrainian. Im 18+ and have a PR card of Spain. The worst bank experience in my life

Die schlimmste Anmeldung, die ich je nicht abgeschlossen habe. Ein Mädchen ignorierte mich hartnäckig. Jedes Mal, wenn sie den Hörer abnahm, beendete sie das Gespräch innerhalb von zwei Sekunden. Andere Männer waren nicht sehr freundlich. Ich habe nicht ganz verstanden, was er sagte, und dann hörte ich: Registrierung ist unmöglich, und er legte wieder auf.
Violation of European legislation
They refuse to open an account because my residence permit is pasted in my passport. But in the area where I live plastic residence permit is not issued, such are the rules of this federal land. I told them that they are breaking the law, but they refer to their internal rules, while opening accounts for Russians who are under sanctions. I have filed a complaint against them with the German Federal Regulatory Authority. I hope they get a hefty fine.
I don't recommend you to keep your money here. Because bank N26 will steal it.

Blocked my account on 07.08.2023 for verification.
Accordingly, I can not use my money.
My account is still blocked and they do not return my money.
Support in chat either ignores my messages or says that they are in a hurry to solve the problem. But they really aren't. Because I can't get my money for 3 months already.
I don't recommend you to keep your money here. Because bank N26 will steal it.
