Whis bank its not a bank! Its a crooks company. If you will get the money into N26 account more than 2000 euros, they just froze your account without any notice… and you can do anything at all. No customer servise, no nothing… they just will use your money to benefit them selfs. Support center its a joke no help at all! No customer calling centre. People don’t do mistake I did and I eft without my money.
This used to be a great bank, and the spread of instant savings account to more countries was great. However, the interest rate in Lithuania is now going from 2.8% to 1.7% starting from October… wtf? That’s literally nothing. I’ll be going back to Revolut.
I do not recommend this bank to you, they may close your account with your money! They block the account when the amount is 300 euros and ask for a lot of documents. And verification may not be missed when your documents are in order
Since I downloaded the app I am unable to add funds via Apple pay or debit card I have removed and reinstalled the app, unpaired it from my phone and repaired it restarted my device and still I am unable to add funds. i have spoken to Support who advised me to do the same that I have mentioned above and still it is not functioning. I will review my stars once this issue is resolved. But for now I do mot recommend anyone use this app.
registration is a nightmare. I filled out all the fields on the site, but at the last step I received an error and a message that I need to write to support. I installed the application and after registering I received a letter asking me to change my password, when I try to change my password I am prompted to enter my zip code. but the system does not accept my index and writes an error.
Can someone please contact me from a support?
Two months after the information and documents submitted- app is still on “Verify identity” step . When contacted by support, first they did not know that they themselves opened the registration in Lithuania and when sent the info for them they said they cannot give information why it’s stuck on verification of identity… terrible experience so far :) a bank that does not want customers
Many bugs: 1) adress validation form 1.1) form gives validation error even for confirmed addresses. 1.2) input field gives autosuggestions, but choosing a suggestion from a list fills only one field and deletes other ones, example you can’t fill city and street. 2)App error. Often app gives an error, saying that the problem is in our side. 3) Support gives suggestions how to work around policy restrictions. This is not fin tech level app.
After i changed my email they ask to verify my identity and they dont let me do it… i cant withdraw any money or login to bank account
Account was blocked and closed without any waning or communication. Funds inaccessible. I was happy paying customer, and then this happens. This kind of behaviour is very troubling. Stay away from them.
