N26 — Love your bank

I think this is one of the best banks in Europe. I can recommend this. Even the costumer service is helpful. Many regular bank should copy it’s app.

I have tried to top up my balance 17 times with 3 different cards. Their services don’t work, the registration process was an over complicated nightmare, and they don’t fix their issues. Customer service told me to wait instead of fixing an error on their end. Will time replace a developer? Not even talking about their UI…

when will it be in Hungary? I'm on the waiting list…

I wanted to make an account for my scholarship. I needed a Spanish bank account for it, and my friend recommended this app. I did the certification process whit attention, but I got an answer from the app that it wasn’t successful. I asked the customer service what the problem was, and if I can try again, but they couldn’t tell, and they didn’t provide another attempt. I tried again with another email address, and with my passport instead of my ID, same results. My problem is that I didn’t get another chance to prove my identity. I don’t find this user friendly.

Buffoni, questo per chi ha gestito la pratica. Per chi legge: Mi sono iscritto, registrazione andata a buon fine, ho ricevuto la carta e mai usata in quanto ho una REVOLUT che uso da anni (mai avuto problemi)! A distanza di tempo decido di spalmare i miei risparmi iniziando ad utilizzare la N26. Scrivo al call center che ho dimenticato il pin (dopo 20 messaggi per spiegare ad un incompetente che ho già anche una carta ma per associare il telefono hai bisogno di 3 fattori di autenticazione, uno dei quali è il pin). Mi rispondono nessun problema lo resettiamo noi. In poche parole mi hanno resettato il conto e l’account! Mi registro di nuovo, fornendo gli stessi documenti ed a distanza di un giorno mi scrivono che hanno verificato i documenti e che non sono idoneo. Sorrido amareggiato per il servizio clienti italiano, a saperlo avrei comunicato in Inglese con qualcun’altro più competente, probabilmente avrebbe risolto il problema in due minuti. Morale… continuerò ad utilizzare REVOLUT, decisamente superiore a questa pagliacciata ricevuta!. Servizi ottimi, trasparenza assoluta e soprattutto un customer service serio ed efficiente.
