Good “banking” app is worthless without good service

I’ve used it for a few years and had been more or less satisfied with the banking features. However, every company, including and especially digital banks, are worthless with a bunch of worthless support staff. This is what has led to this review, and the resulting fact that I’m now out in the market looking for another provider.

Not able to proceed with verification

I have been trying to get myself verified. But even after successful verification it still gets stuck at same step. I tried writing to them, but it did not lead anywhere. The verification can be done only in app and it never works. Even my friends tried to register and faced same issue, so felt that it’s not an isolated incident. Seeing from how long this has been present, I do not understand why they haven’t fixed it

terrible app

does not accept address updates insists that the house number is invalid! locks you out with some confirmation PIN. in the process of closing this up if i can transfer my money. if i want a bad experience i’ll go to my traditional bank and get it there for free.

Locked my card with my confirmation

Hai guys don’t believe to much because now my balance 639€ but I can’t use it there block my card and can’t transfer also. Am trying to connect to customer service but no response.

Most amazing neobank I have ever used !!

Its been a month since I have been using N26 and I am super impressed with the amazing features it offers. Its UI is super simple and clean, didn’t took me much time to understand the features of complete app. Thanks to the spaces I can easily divide my money for various expenses and of course saving. I am not a saving person but now surprisingly I have a space for saving which I am trying to utilize my best. I am in love with this app ❤️

The app works really well and without glitches! Transactions are easy and the service provided is superb.

Transferwise login issue

Good ease of access but one poor experience to spoil it all

Love the idea of online banking as it makes life so simple. N26 has some amazing features that makes banking easing. Life was good with them till I encountered a problem. Felt cheated as no one could provide a remedy to the problem and customer support comes back with standard replies. Hence the one star.

Worst user experience!

They have ensured that you struggle at every step. Struggling with N26 right from the beginning. Not even able to get a support chat before providing many details every time. N26 need to learn a lot from their competitors. I had an extremely smooth experience with almost every other challenger banks, but N26 is way too behind them, especially in understanding the customer experience.
