What is a German bank that do NOT ACCEPT UK CUSTOMERS doing in the UK app store?, appart from misleading us into downloading a useless app that we cannot use so just they can say “aw look millions of people download our app wow” This is a form of scam. Go list your app in a country where you offer services, you have nothing to do here apart from enlarging your app downloads with fake data.
If you are going to reply crying about brexit, then get out of our market if you don’t like our referendums and stop using UK residents to falsely inflate your app download data.
Didn't allow to open a joint account
The worst service I've ever had. My partner and I specifically opened N26 accounts for a joint account. He was allowed to create it, me not. The explanation was “not everyone is allowed”. What? Why would you open such a feature which assumes both parties to participate if are not allowed? It took them 7 days to review my application, such a waste of my time. And the app is not user-friendly, and the menu is very confusing((( very, very disappointed.
