Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime

Exactly what I and probably your were looking for
This is what I have been looking for for the past months apps like onesec need integration with shortcuts. This app fixes that. It is free at time of writing this review and would advise it to everyone that would like to reduce their screen time.

Great app. It’s free and does exactly what it should. Where Apple’s built in screen time feature is so easy to “ignore for today”, ScreenZen only allows you to open it for a set amount of mins each time. The waiting period of 5 seconds before opening the app also really helps with awareness! Couldn’t recommend it enough! Really helped decrease my screen time

gebruik het nu een kleine week en mijn gemiddelde screentime is omlaag gegaan. heb uit mijzelf al ervoor gezorgd dat ik minder op mijn telefoon zat door bijvoorbeeld het beeld op grijs te zetten zodat ik minder dopamine krijg als ik op mijn telefoon zit. screenzen heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik 2 keer kan nadenken wanneer ik op een app klik om zeker ervan te zijn dat het wel nodig was en niet uit impuls. voor mensen die hun scherm tijd willen verminderen is dit dus zeker een aanrader
Actually works
Compared to other apps like opal that fully restrict access after a certain time, this one really works because it makes you wait some seconds every time you enter the app, and then it allows you to be on the app a set time.

Simple, great tools
Helps me enormously to decrease my sceentime on my phone. I barely scroll on the socials. Other wise I can scale for 1h. Also is great for desktop.
