1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.
2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in.
3. Set an app goal and optionally block when you reach your limit.
4. Configurable for different days of the week and time by app.
5. Messages like "Is this important" before opening your app.
6. See your screen time for only your distracting apps. Don't worry about Google Maps bloating up your time.
7. Strict block your apps: Either for time ranges, after a certain number of opens or ScreenTime. Strict blocked apps can be hidden from the home screen.
8. Locks on Settings to prevent you from changing your settings when you want to open an app.
9. Breathing and other activities to encourage you not to need to open the app while waiting for it to unlock.
10. Streaks to encourage you not to exceed your limits or override your settings.

Great app
This is the best app i’ve found so far! I’ve browsed through so many and they all are either only paid or have many ads or act funny. This one also has such a great feature where you can do a breathing exercise or something else while waiting before the app opens, it’s so cool I don’t wanna come back and shut it down same way i did with other apps!! Please keep it as it is and thank you🙏🏼 once i can pay for extra features i will but while I can’t i really appreciate it being free on many features!!

Ive tried a lot of apps but none work as well as screenzen the other apps still make me wanna go back to insta and yt but this one made me bored of waiting 2s and i just dont open the app completey

It works, perfectly. They even have an advanced settings — cause they know that their customer is someone whose probably sooo chronically online and they knew exactly how to provide help for them. More people need this app, seriously. Kudos to all team!

this app really makes me think again and “pause” is this important that im opening instagram? or its just my habit when im get bored and looking for dopamine shot? and after im thinking it, im not opening the app except it is important like posting pictures or story etc
