Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime
1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.
2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in.
3. Set an app goal and optionally block when you reach your limit.
4. Configurable for different days of the week and time by app.
5. Messages like "Is this important" before opening your app.
6. See your screen time for only your distracting apps. Don't worry about Google Maps bloating up your time.
7. Strict block your apps: Either for time ranges, after a certain number of opens or ScreenTime. Strict blocked apps can be hidden from the home screen.
8. Locks on Settings to prevent you from changing your settings when you want to open an app.
9. Breathing and other activities to encourage you not to need to open the app while waiting for it to unlock.
10. Streaks to encourage you not to exceed your limits or override your settings.

ScreenZen FAQ
Is ScreenZen free?
Yes, ScreenZen is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is ScreenZen legit?
✅ The ScreenZen app appears to be high-quality and legitimate. Users are very satisfied.
They literally thought out everything before making this app. It’s soo good and very helpful unlike other apps out there. And it’s entirely free, I haven’t gotten any ads at all from this app. This is a 100/10 app for me!!!
Great
A little buggy, otherwise amazing for free.
Amazing
Yesterday i left a five star review because this app is so good, but I've had a bug. I pressed the open button many times before the timer opened, and it said that i lost my streak, even thoe it didn’t open that many times. Today i see that the streak is back, and the past glitch was just a visual one. Keep developing this amazing app!
Not like the others
I have tried a lot of diffrent blocking apps, i tried wellspent, Opal and none of them worked. I gave this one a try, thinking it would be another one where you have to pay 5$ a week, no! It’s FREE, and on top of that you can’t just ignore the limit. It lets you set up strict blocking and it’s the best app on the market.
Almost perfect app
I love how this app helps me to focus on what is important in life.
Sometimes I noticed that pages I 100% blocked open up for a few minutes before getting blocked. Not a show stopper, but I would expect it to be blocked in full.
It doesn’t happen all the time, just sometimes.
But this is still much better than having no blocker. It definitely stops the easy flow of”just quickly having a look”
Good buy FOMO. Thanks for this app. 🙏
Even better than I thought
First I thought I could easily change those limits like all the other limit apps, but after playing around with it. I’m amazed. This is a very helping app that can easily destroy bad scrolling habits, Thank you!
Improperly locks websites and apps
for example I set a restriction on YouTube.com to only be opened 3 times a day for one hour each time, with a cool down on each open being 10 seconds, ScreenZen bugs the cool down screen and it crashes, it then locks me out of YouTube for some reason… idk why
BEST ONE TO USE
Y’all, I recommend this to everyone. No words to describe how it’s free, low cost, one time payment if you choose to pay, AND simple. Absolute W folks, give em a round of applause 👏👏👏
Helpful
Keeps me off my phone, makes it very inconvenient to open the apps I’m addicted too and helps me break the habit I have had for years.
