Best screen time app i know
Great
Great app.
Amazing App!
This app has helped me get control of my screen time use. It has given another layer of friction in the user experience which has helped me think thoroughly if actually want to open the app, and 99% of the time I don’t so I just close the app again! If you struggle with doomscrolling or social media addiction I strongly recommend this app.

i love the concept of where i need to rethink opening an app before opening. I often find myself starting the unøock process and then relocking the app even before opening. The customisation is great, and i think this can go a long way.
It’s genuinely helpful
This app is a great help in getting over my screen addiction. Instead of forcing myself to put the phone down, I try to get myself to do some math problems (you can ask the app to give you math problems, breathing exercises etc.), or give myself the option to do something else.

This is a life saver. Recommended it to my friends. Just one suggestion, Scott! Could you add a way to have a time restriction (for example only 16-22) and a limit to number of opens on the same app group! That would be useful.
