Description

Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime

1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.

2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in.

3. Set an app goal and optionally block when you reach your limit.

4. Configurable for different days of the week and time by app.

5. Messages like "Is this important" before opening your app.

6. See your screen time for only your distracting apps. Don't worry about Google Maps bloating up your time.

7. Strict block your apps: Either for time ranges, after a certain number of opens or ScreenTime. Strict blocked apps can be hidden from the home screen.

8. Locks on Settings to prevent you from changing your settings when you want to open an app.

9. Breathing and other activities to encourage you not to need to open the app while waiting for it to unlock.

10. Streaks to encourage you not to exceed your limits or override your settings.

Love this app. Don’t think just download

this app is really helping

i got this app yesterday and my screen time has already went down so much. im on my phone so much and this app has a really good system to stop that. ive gotten so much done today and it helped me use my imagination and it helped me remember my hobbies and do all my work. i love this app. i found it from a youtuber Drew Gooden who recommended it and now im never getting rid of this app

One of my favourite apps

Such a good app that this is the only real review I’ve ever written on the App Store. Ironic that this is one on my favourite apps and all it does is limit my time on other apps. It’s easy to use, effective, has cool and intuitive features (like setting up odds that a restricted app will open, and displaying custom messages when opening restricted apps) and best of all it’s FREE. What else do you even want? To the developers of this app, thank you. You guys have my full gratitude and support.

Exceeds expectations

I’ve been looking for an app to do exactly this for the longest time because all the others make it too easy to ignore the “time limits”. This is so perfect and I actually found out about it from drew Gooden’s video. This already is looking like it will help me create a positive change in my habits 👍

Great app

Great app, really helped to lower my screen time. Super user friendly, one of the most easy to setup app there is! There was a bug on the app a few weeks ago, but I messaged the developer and they quickly replied and updated the app in only a few days!
