This app changed my life
Amazing app
The only thing that truly stops social media use. Phenomenal options and entirely customizable to suit your exact liking and schedule. What other app can you find that will make you do math just to open an app? Amazing.

Effective in avoiding doom scrolling
Its totally free and This app significantly diminished my screen time. It made me mindful of my screen time. It sends notification every 7 minutes (or as set) to remind me. I am more able to control and to avoid impulsive nonsense scrolling on social media. Down size is there is no account and i can’t access my paid account (from donation)in my other device. I highly recommend for those people who want to change habits of doom scrolling

Really good
This is the only screen app that I found that is actually good and doesn’t require me to pay it lets me make my own message when I open an app I just wish we should add multiple messages but other than that this app is still 5 stars !
Good app
I really like the app. I like that once you’ve reached your limit it puts a block on that you can’t get past, unless you change the settings. The one thing I don’t like is that you have to unlock the app each time before using your allowable time, this also enables notifications. Now I am not receiving any notifications for messages, I wish there was a way to leave the apps unlocked until you reach your limit.

Honest to god the only thing helping pass my exams Im so so so grateful that this app is free on ios AND extremely hard to disable No other app is doing it like screenzen
