App hits phone with spam marketing notifications several times a day. Cannot opt out in the app. Disrespectful to customers, and annoying. Time for a new CRM manager at Du :(

I bought du sim within a month become bad they charge extra money for replacement even that in warranty, i complaints to du but still nobody call back

Rotten app, constant pushing to upgrade when existing service does not work. Totally useless data facility

The Du App is very poor and not friendly to use. Although I have my credit card details for the monthly payment for both of my compile and home internet. Every month it's a repeat exercise I have to manually make my payment. I called and spoke to Du operation but no improvement.

Much, much better than the previous one. Has really nice quick access feature that gets you started just by entering your mobile number

Provider in the world.

Many times it just freeze and stop responding, or come back with an error message.
