Worst experience
I am a new customer trying to get home internet, they say it will be installed within few days, unfortunately up to 5 days with no response and I called customer services they say tomorrow we will call you (no calls received), Also Mohammad in du in Mega mall he is not even answering my calls after he told me that he will call me to update when they will provide their service to my apartment.
Wish I could leave 0 stars!
Absolutely non existent customer service. Waited 2hrs in store to simply change my plan. Paid over AED1000 and still left store without the plan activated. I was promised it will activate soon and that they would call me to complete. Never happened, called customer support, they said they can’t do anything, offer me to buy another plan, like seriously?? Otherwise said I should go back to the store because they can’t do anything. What is the purpose of the customer care number if all they do is tell me to go back to the store. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I didn’t even want to give 1 star. Their customer service is non existent.
Waiting over a week for someone to come and fix my internet speed which 0.91 mbps.
I get automated responses from customer support.

Terrible App
Always slow, takes forever to do anything on it, paying bills or trying to load receipts! Not user friendly at all. Typical of there overall service!
Never Works
Very poor service when trying to pay your bill.
More testing needed before release
Very buggy release. Cannot top up credit online due constant error. When try to access help through app, you cannot select the correct option as it keeps 'springing back', tried different option but then submit button would not press.
Useless! Waste of time
Takes so long to open the app. Always crashed!! Popr customer service!!
Shocking
Shocking service in the store and via management follow ups - never calls back - close complaints with out follow through - just from my experience that’s recorded already

Be ware of the dirty trick Du is doing. I was away on a business trip. Du rep contacted me since my plan was about to expire. He scheduled an attendance / service - I asked to continue with same plan. Service person had convinced my wife to sign for one more contract with higher fees - that i did not ask for. And now - very convenient for Du- 2 accounts to pay for; in single line
