Trying to activate Amazon which is included in my contract, first it always led to a “bad request”, now the section “Manage Add-Ons” -> “Streaming Offers” has been removed completely. Also not possible on the website, the support is no help at all and tickets are being closed as “resolved” without providing a solution. My advice: don’t use du if possible, they are taking away valuable lifetime from your life contrary to their promise in the slogan.

We tried to cancel with the app - doesn’t work for months - the support did not help at all!

I am getting charged for an add-on i have not subscribed to and the app does not have any information about it - first it shows „support“ and provides options to solve the issue but then it either freezes or switches off, it doesn’t proceed. Please solve this technical issue and check who/why causes those unwanted subscriptions with no way out.
