I work at one Zabeel one and only the Du service is really bad no proper network

Terrible customer service! When you can be ignored significantly! However the only active service is sales department and payment collection! That’s says a lot about the company

I signed up for a service a couple of months ago. I want to now cancel the service and called multiple times over the last few days and waited for more than an hour each time, only for the call to be unilaterally canceled by Du, for no apparent reason. I feel extremely cheated and misrepresented by Du. Firstly, there is no option for us to cancel the package via the app. Secondly, I am not able to reach a customer service representative to make the cancellation. The funny thing is that I am able to easily reach a customer service representative if I am interested in adding on subscriptions. Du treats its customers in an unfair manner, which is extremely concerning.

Never received the verifition code for days and even press “Resend”. Please fix it

Worst service ever! If you want really bad experience. No contact Centre or support whatsoever. Poor 5g and when u do have the service is rate limited. On the website they Indicate good for gaming and video which is a total lie

VERY VERY BAD SERVICES, I'm facing connection issue since long and nobody is responding properly. Specifically in UAQ Branch. How they got 4.6 rating out of 5 🤣🤣🤣

Mobile app is just like website and just like the customer service , all don’t work A simple inquiry to replace a home 5G SIM card can take you a century

Takes ages to cancel, when the process starts it’s “wait for a day” until you want to get the early cancellation fee waved because ONE DAY before contract ends. Do not recommend
