I was always ok with the service until it came to the point I moved out and I want to cancel my home internet. Without having any active contract I went to the Du store they helped me to cancel it trough the app. Few month later I got shocked. They kept charging. Even I showed the proof that I paid the final bill they said they haven’t seen anything in the system. Then it happened in January again but this time I recorded everything. „Luckily“ cause few month later the next shock, nothing received from their side they are continuing to charge. Then you become quite a „slave“ of them. Cause even one department said yes it was their fault you still have to called different department on different times. If not - they keep CHANGING YOU. So be aware I lost out if this few thousand AED

Every day I get push notifications about some new mobile plan I should update/subscribe to. AppStore rules state that there needs to be an easily discoverable way to disable those ads via push notifications. I couldn’t find this setting so now I disabled push notifications for the app. Really annoying

Du is saling product which are not or bad working and asking for cancelation fees at all , further phone calls from them more times a day and street dealers everywhere , all our family will transfer soon as possible to other provider

This company is completely inflexible, inquiries are ignored, you wait forever on the line until someone answers and you get no help. I called 3 times and always waited for a call back. no one calls. been waiting for my modem for 3 weeks and I paid for it a long time ago.

Worst service ever! If you want really bad experience. No contact Centre or support whatsoever. Poor 5g and when u do have the service is rate limited. On the website they Indicate good for gaming and video which is a total lie

VERY VERY BAD SERVICES, I'm facing connection issue since long and nobody is responding properly. Specifically in UAQ Branch. How they got 4.6 rating out of 5 🤣🤣🤣
