Probably the worst app for a telecommunications company I've ever seen. The UX is horrible and the features are meaningless. Once my contract expires I'll be moving to Etisalat.

Worst service ever! If you want really bad experience. No contact Centre or support whatsoever. Poor 5g and when u do have the service is rate limited. On the website they Indicate good for gaming and video which is a total lie

Takes ages to cancel, when the process starts it’s “wait for a day” until you want to get the early cancellation fee waved because ONE DAY before contract ends. Do not recommend
