The idea of the app is good, but unfortunately not many useful features. The ID update would be useful to be able to upload online. The online top-up through the app doesn’t work properly, and sometimes even through the website it shows error. The app also doesn’t accept a lot of foreign bakery cards (Mastercard)

The app is good and the team adds new features on regular basis. I wish to see the data roaming embedded in the app instead of the mydata.du.ae. Also please fix the issue that prevents users from switching from a number to another within same account (when I select a prepaid number I have the app freezes and don’t display credit status etc.) Thanks Seb

In latest release no roaming data packages are bookable anymore. Has to me done in SMS way like 10 years ago. App capability rather limited compared to European carriers

Worst service ever! If you want really bad experience. No contact Centre or support whatsoever. Poor 5g and when u do have the service is rate limited. On the website they Indicate good for gaming and video which is a total lie

Takes ages to cancel, when the process starts it’s “wait for a day” until you want to get the early cancellation fee waved because ONE DAY before contract ends. Do not recommend
