This app is very unpredictable when you raise plan cancelation request. Better check with customer care after making request, for that we have to wait 30 to 40 minutes in Q with noisy announcements.This is my personal experience from two incidents. Regarding mobile app, terrible product team. they don’t have basic attachment options in chat and meed to struggle to share stuff. also bot don’t know any thing other then basic details balance check etc. who will come to chat app for balance enquiry as it already there in the home page. Dear CEO fire your product team and get someone who can understand real customer pain. very very bad experience. if click manage sim, something went wrong. do you really test things before you deploy stuff or u don’t care your customers. anyway i disconnected your home service, tomorrow morning will port mobile to another provider.

Poor connectivity, Almost no customer care support, company full of spammers and deceptive people.

I have been trying to activate my free Amazon Prime subscription with my new Du account for over a week, but the process has been extremely frustrating. Neither the application nor the IVR system works properly. I spent an hour just to reach a customer service representative, only to be told that she couldn't help and that I needed to send an email instead. The service is very disappointing. The application needs serious improvement before directing customers to use it exclusively. This experience has been highly unsatisfactory.

They do false promises of discounts and better connection by upgrading the package and later on say sorry it was not applied. Keeps you on hold without even informing you. Have no clarity about their own products.

Upon recharging your account with apple pay or any other mode of payment for top up, there is no close icon of the information screen. I usually do a super charge when i’m out of data , and for that it needs account balance. Sure, i go ahead and top up my account, but there is no close icon, thus i’m stuck at this step. Only resort is to close the app and redo the whole process, now that the account has sufficient balance it bypasses the god forsaken payment confirmation screen! 0/10 for usability.

This is the worst app ever! They should remove the payment option from the app since it just feels like a dummy and never works. I’ve tried for the last 3 months to make the payment through the app, but it never worked. Same story for my friends’ aswell. If i need to visit the store to make every payment, what’s the use of even having app on the phone!
