This not working... always showing to download new app even after downloading it.
I have wrote this before and writing this again as it can be seen that the developer doesn’t want to improve the app. Never this app opens and I am waiting to see some change since over a year. Its better to uninstall the app and have the online interaction through a desktop or laptop to access the account. You guys need to take this reviews seriously and do some improvement for your own sake.

Not friendly app and so much complicated. I dont recommend
I have multiple numbers all linked under the same id, previously i was able to switch between accounts and recharge/make payments wherever needed. Can’t do that anymore. There is no way to switch the account. You should hire a better developer and have a better QA and release process
It’s not working properly always showing LTE NETWORK
I’ve been using a postpaid du SIM, and the app has been nothing but a source of frustration. For the last two months, the app has consistently failed to load menus and show usage details until my bill is paid automatically. Once that happens, the app magically starts working again and informs me that all my data is exhausted with barely 200 MB remaining. This pattern is highly suspicious and unacceptable. Additionally, an add-on service was activated on my account without my consent or recollection of activating it. This feels like a deliberate attempt to extract more money from customers without proper transparency. As a customer, I expect clear visibility of my data usage at all times and proper communication about any added services. du needs to seriously improve their app functionality and customer service. This is not the experience I expect from a reputed service provider.
Such a bad app experience. Never ending spinner. Unable to view my accounts. Whenever i open app, spinner just spinner. It takes eternity to pull simple account details.
App not responding in opening with delay message.
