Every day I am facing problems with my at home internet- it’s TERRIBLE and customer service does nothing to solve the issue!

I had to call 8 times with du in 24 hours about my payment, and every time I processed a payment it went into the wrong account, or towards the wrong payment, which meant I had to constantly pay more and settle bills that were not even due yet. Customer service was useless in helping as well, constantly transferring me to another department without taking any responsibility.

If it even looks like the app is working one day, payments don’t always come through. Sometimes you will receive a Notification on your screen indicating a system error or so, but sometimes you don’t get a message at all and just find out that your account has not been updated with your payment. I have had several card disputes with them now. DU even advised me not to use the app.

Shocking service in the store and via management follow ups - never calls back - close complaints with out follow through - just from my experience that’s recorded already

Be ware of the dirty trick Du is doing. I was away on a business trip. Du rep contacted me since my plan was about to expire. He scheduled an attendance / service - I asked to continue with same plan. Service person had convinced my wife to sign for one more contract with higher fees - that i did not ask for. And now - very convenient for Du- 2 accounts to pay for; in single line
