Worst application I ever saw

After the recent update , I can not access my du account through the app, which I used for years without any issue. I entered the opt few times and all it said was “successful” and that’s it … I’m stuck there in the app & I can not use it anymore Can you kindly fix this issue?

No signal very difficult to use

Hi, im a iphone 7Plus user with ios 15.8 (latest). I got a prompt to update my Du app last week which I did immediately. So worried to tell that soon after the update, Du app was not opening. It jz vanishes no sooner i touch on it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling few times, but failed. Any solution? I need to be updated with my Data and voice balances.

It’s not opening I have deleted and downloaded it back Also it remains same it’s not opening. When I touch as soon it’s closed the application
