Worst app ever made
It’s a shame guys that you charge 400 aed for the home Internet (which is ridiculous) and have the app like this. Lagging all the time, impossible to chat with the support, crashes all the time. 0/10
Bugs
I can’t verify my email address with the new app
Full of bugs
Latest version as of 15 Oct 2024, full of bugs. Login code is sent through email, but in app it says SMS. If you have more than one DU lines switching between them to see the bills, usage, etc; forget it. You are kicked out every time with a message of you are signed out.
Log in problem and personal data privacy concerns
Has log-in problems and makes one afraid since it accesses login using UAE pass. Why use UAE pass??? why not simply send verification code to telephone number? i am now feeling unsafe now for providing UAE acccess, not being able to login. Sorry to have installed this app and gave access to my personal data. i removed it from my phone. hoping something will not hit me unexpected some point in the future
剩余流量提醒不够及时。
应该在最后50MB和10MB提醒一下，只是在80%剩余提醒一下，很不方便，造成很多困难。
