Forced to pay after one month of internet not working. Continuously call the help center and the only suggestion is to restart the router without sending someone here to fix . Where is written in the contract that I m paying for restarting continuously by myself the router, or calling because it s disconnecting continuously? Bunch of scammers It s not over here and I will pretend a refund for that because I m working with internet and you re service sucks literally . More than 300 Aed a month for continuous disconnections and complaining this is the device that DU offer; and if there would be the vote 0 stars I would give it, because this is the value of this company , equal to 0.

The Day i started purchasing the du plan one of the attractive offer they tell is after 3 month you’ll be eligible to get iPhone 14 with installment, but after almost 10 month with du plan when I went to request a device they told me I m not eligible maybe because of late payment I explained if it’s happened some late payment is due to the app notification happen i don’t received properly but I never missed any payment,add to that I talked to customer service they took all details to follow up and I never received an email for why my case is not suitable.

You service is very poor The connection quality is slow and your data speed very poor unable to support internet even for low data consumption It is horribly expensive compared to international Carriers Your customer care is not helpful I will switch provider
