Worst shipping service ever
The app is absolutely useless. It keeps saying my password is incorrect, I tried doing the reset password process, I made a new password and it still says its incorrect. I tried making a new account with a different email address. But, it tells me the username Im picked is already in use. So, I tried just hitting random letters and it still says its in use. I did that 3 different times and still said the username is already in use. So, dont waste your time. I’ve stopped having things shipped by UPS. All because a driver left a missed delivery notice but didn’t write or check any boxes on it. I tried calling customer support bit since I dont know who is sending me a package or the tracking number, I cant get through to a real person. And, the people who answer their facebook page are just as dumb as the app. UPS has lost all my business.

Won’t let me log in
Used to work. Now it no longer allows me to log in but I can still on the website. So it’s the app that is the problem not username or password.
New app is terrible
Wanted to find a UPS store. Had to use the mentally challenged bot. No listing in app. Finally got an address. No built in map link. It probably wasn’t a good idea to have a 5th grade coding bootcamp class write the app. Actually a 5th grade class would do a better job. Must have been a Pre-K project.
Garbage
This app is probably the worst app to be designed and developed. All links lead to the same couple of pages and the need to login after every new page is asinine. The main website isn’t any better.

Not useful
This app is not useful at all, it doesnt give you tracking updates or anything. Super slow shipping, no updates whatsoever. 0/10. FedEx better
Still can’t stay logged in after switching apps
Still the same useless error message.
News flash devs: if you can’t attach gdb to my phone (you can’t) the only way time debug is to put meaningful error messages into the app. A required service is unavailable is so generic you might as well have said ret code -1. Seriously, you guys are so terribly bad at this. Why not (and I’m totally guessing here). “I’m sorry, your login token appears to have expired and we cannot seem to renew it! If you want to help make this product better, click the button below to generate an email to send to us with information about the problem. (You will have a chance to review it before sending!)” That button opens a new email with as much debug information as you can muster! I know how frustrating it is to get error reports you cannot reproduce (though I don’t believe this one is not reproducible!). So maybe, just maybe, try a little harder to figure this out. The app used to work like 2 years ago…so it’s not impossible. So generate a debug log, match it up to server requests, and figure out what’s wrong. It’s ludicrous to think you’ve had this bug for years….basic with problems…years….the app is useless. USELESS with this bug.

It doesn’t save the tracking numbers I put in for packages which are shipping so I have to enter it in every time.

Major improvements REQUIRED
If you have an account, it loses your tracking. You can only add ONE delivery address. There is NO way to contact anyone for help. Adding driver instructions cannot be done without an account, BUT the option doesn’t exist when the account gets created. Better to not create an account and just use tracking. Add this to their package destroying affinity and you’re better off shipping with anyone else, including handing it to a 2yr old and hoping for the best.
