Worst app ever!!!!
I order a book from this app and it said that I was going to get it the next day and I waited and waited and every time I get it around 6 pm and when I check it said that it was still in order so I waited till 10pm and when I check again it said that it was expected today and I waited till 10:40 and then it said that it was going to arrive on the 27 of June and I never got a delayed package from Amazon and they do this, no I will not accept this so I am going to give them 1 star.
no real customer support whatsoever
they only allow you to use their website and that itself is so garbage and has no utility besides obvious problems so if you ever are trying to contact them about something specific, good luck

Search is severly flawed
It gives results that may not fit the search terms versus saying does not exist but here are possible alternatives. So many searches actually result in things that are not the search or identical to the search.
Interesting that the many updates all have the same info. Guess the testing is limited to users complaining. How about test the app then publish
Deletion after review...
My experiences in the beginning were great with this app. Of course, progression, in some cases, is a bad thing. This is my sentiment with this app and my reason for deletion.
Rufus is so annoying
Amazon is great , I love it. I’ve been spending thousands of dollars for shopping.
However this AI junk Rufus keeps getting on my screen and it’s useless. Please Amazon, let me disable Rufus on the app. I’m deleting the app and check back in a few months.

No point in buying prime
Why am I paying hundreds yearly for the prime membership if I’m getting the same treatment from Amazon I did years ago before having prime?

1. I get ads before, during, and after movies and shows even the prime exclusive ones. Why am I getting ads when I paid for the privilege of no ads?
2. Surely my prime subscription should include audiobooks, movies, and shows, so why is it that many are locked away and I have to pay to rent them? Why do so many older shows only have one or two seasons available and out of order at that? If you can’t get the license for the whole show then don’t have it up there or at the very least don’t make me pay to watch a 20+ year old show you don’t even have the full series to.

Over the years many companies have been forced to shut down or become more expensive due to the economy. Amazon is NOT one of them and yet they’ve taken advantage and made insane changes.
What use to be a $5 flat fee for deliveries over $35 is now $10. But don’t worry, if you spend $50 you’ll only get a $6.95 fee! And even better, if you spend over $100 you’ll get a free delivery but you still need to pay if you want a specific time slot.
At this point using Walmart+ or even Instacart is cheaper and better. There is no point in getting a prime membership and once mine is over I’ll just be getting rid of Amazon all together.
It’s insane how greedy this company is and if the workers were getting paid much more than they are I’d understand but this is pure greed. It’s insane.
Won't validate my ebt card for subscription discount
I use this ebt card every week to buy groceries. It has my name on it. The address matches the one linked to my account. Yet Amazon is unable to validate my ebt card number so they will not give me the discount. I have tried multiple times and still nothing.
In response I have deleted all items from my shopping cart and save later. And have removed all of my payment methods from the account. If this is something that cannot be fixed then I will be deleting my account and shopping exclusively through walmart and other online competitors.
It is not that hard to live without Amazon. I do not need your services in my life.
