I gave an order arround 400 dollars the order status was undeliverable they said they will refund my money within 5 days but they didn’t. It’s almost impossible to contact to customer service you will be facing with ai without any solution.

The app settings are unnecessarily complicated, and nothing is straightforward. I strongly advise against purchasing this unreliable Kindle. You'll likely end up regretting it.
