Som overskriften præciserer, så er det den bedste søvn app, jeg har prøvet. Det eneste lille “aber der bie” er, at når jeg har slået “Bruger iPhone” til i Wizard’en, så kan jeg ikke redigere i det givne tids interval - lige gyldigt, hvad jeg gør, så forbliver det uredigerbart. Hvis jeg slår det fra, vil der være alt for meget redigering. Det er faktisk et vaskeægte valg mellem “pest eller kolera”. As the title states - it’s the best sleep app I’d tried. The only small but is that when I have turned on "Using iPhone" in the Wizard, I cannot edit in the given time interval, it remains uneditable - no matter what I do. If jeg turn i of, der vil be way too much editing. It's a genuine “catch 22”.
The UI is very difficult to use and I’m not even sure if my alarm is enabled as it just pops up with a “Check your watch app” I do and sometimes it does show an alarm at the bottom but a few hours later it’s gone??
Gret app. Gives good overview of all sleep data. Easy to see what goes well and what can be improved.
Meget let at bruge og passer sig selv. Der er tænkt over tingene hele vejen, og man får gode forklaringer til at forstå de mange data, der opsamles.
I usually check how long I need to sleep tonight to keep myself rested and productive for the next day
Simple setup, and forget about it. The app captures data it needs. Once in a while (if you are serious about sleep tracking) it is needed to adjust the captured data, but otherwise all good.
You get a lot of details about your sleep with lots of explanations on what all the values mean for you. Love it!
I love everything about this app. Tracks my sleep perfectly and helps me identify what I do in the evening and/or during the day, that makes my sleep worse.
