Still the best way to track sleep using Apple Watch!
I’m so thankful to the team for making this app and it keeps improving and it has helped me to better my sleep trends and health Thank you again!
Better than any Pillow or even my wife at tracking sleep during the night or even during the day! Best thing is that it does all without your having to do anything than wearing the watch. Of course you must do the sleeping. Speaking of sleeping, it is not dependent on the sounds you make. As such, readings are not influenced by the sounds your partner makes.
A worthwhile App to analyse your sleep and wellbeing thereby being able to work towards improvement. The advantage is you can compare the history records and make benchmarks for improvement.
Worth giving a try. Highly recommended
It detects when you are awake in the middle of the night. I also detects even you sleep during day time. At first it didn’t detect sleep at unusual hours.i informed the software developer. He responded quickly and suggested some optional adjustments in the app. But I did not do it. Even without that it now detects sleep at irregular hours.
One of the best apps to track sleep using the Apple Watch! Recommended!
AutoSleep is the most accurate and best sleep app out today. Trust me, I’ve tried them all. A+
When I sit down for an extended time in the morning, at least if I haven’t done some exercise, AutoSleep ignores the fact that I pressed buttons telling it that sleep time was over, and counts ~2 hours more sleep. (No, I never snooze at my desk; and while there may have been a time when I took multiple power naps a day, it’s now down to one a week or less.) Then, when I wake up the next morning and look at my regularity, it’s never positive; I’ve slept *only* 8 hours, compared to 9:16 average over the last week. It’s neat that it distinguishes between wake, light sleep, deep, and still sleep. But from what I’ve found so far, still sleep is different from REM sleep, and I’m very much interested in how much REM I get. I really like the Sleep Fuel and Readiness boxes in the morning’s report.
