Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to.
If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning.
Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply take your Watch off before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping.
As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper.

Great way to monitor sleep and improve health
I like this app. It gives you a good overview of how you’re doing with sleeping. Some nights are good some nights not so good and it helps you to see overtime how you’re doing. There’s a lot involved in it and I want to learn more about it.
I just need to learn it
I love having a sleep tracker as I have been known to wake in the middle of the night. I also am often tired. I’m trying to turn on the noise part of it all. I have four dogs that sleep in my room as well as a husband whom snores. I want to see the correlation between them and my sleep. Also, I notice my O2 drops to the 80’s when asleep. My pulse runs high then drops hard. All of this is important to know for me.
Great app
I like the fact that it detects sleep, so I don’t have to set it before bed. It has great features and a lot of detail. The heart monitoring during sleep is another great feature. I also like the fact that you can choose the kind of sleeper you are and you can practically adjust everything to suit you. I love it!
Must Have
This app is Awesome! I have used it for years and plan my evenings to make sue my watch is on and charged for bedtime. The app provides lots of information and insight in to my nights sleep. I check it first thing every morning and is a must have app.

Accurate
I love this sleep app. It is spot on regarding how much I sleep and when I am awake. It is also spot on for the “Readiness and Sleep Fuel” ratings that truly reflect how my day will go as far as energy, tiredness, etc. Do yourself a favor and get this app. It’s well worth the money!

My sleep pattern has been perfect since I started using this app!
Ineffective
Wear my watch to bed daily but this app routinely gets the information regarding the length of my sleep wrong no matter how I adjust the tracking parameters, which means it doesn’t accomplish the one goal it sets out to do. Disappointed.

Switching from Fitbit
Fitbit recently changed the user interface for sleep. The change was so egregious I switched to an Apple Watch.
This app has been good for understanding my quality of sleep. I have both Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Post Covid so my sleep is deeply disturbed. This app works better than Fitbit ever did.
The only issue I have is the deep sleep records. They are often wildly different fron what the standard Apple Health app says. For example, this app says I got one hour and twenty minutes of deep sleep. But the Apple Health app says I only got 50 minutes.
