If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning.
Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply take your Watch off before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping.
As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper.

Granted I need to upgrade my watch so I don’t realize the full value of the app, but I do like the data it shows me. It’s not 100% accurate (what is) but once you learn to read it you can glean almost everything necessary to help track sleep.
Simply a great app
Use it every day. It gives me all the info I want re my last nights sleep.
Better heart rate %
Are use the app every single morning. Let me know the length I sleep in the different sleep stages in the percentages of those sleep stages. Would love to have the app give a better look in the percentages of the drop and information. Pertaining to the drops in percentage or the information and why the high heart rate may be. It detected me at one time coming on the with the flu because my heart rate when I wasn’t doing anything was 120 bpm it wasn’t until shortly after that within an hour that I started feeling the onset of the flu.
Great info and insights
We all know that sleep is really important, and this app provides all the necessary information to make sure we are getting the right amount and type of sleep. Very useful app.

I have tried several sleep apps and none work as well as this: it looks at your sleep patterns in many ways and doesn’t try to sell you anything.

Best Sleep App by far
I have forced multiple people to buy Apple Watches JUST to get this app!!!! It is the best sleep app by far that does SO MUCH! I look forward to seeing this app all the time and it is worth the measly couple bucks they’re asking.
Fix your app
I had heard such good things about this all. However it won’t sync. I keep going in an endless loop of trying to get it to sync for my sleep stages and it never remembers the setting. Everything is set up correctly but this terrible app does not remember. Not user friendly. FIX IT.
This app tracks everything related to sleep like heart rate variability, heart rate, number of breaths per minute, time slept, deep sleep, and even predicts peak performance based on data. Very helpful tool if you're concerned about your wellbeing.
