Couchsurfing Travel App

Definitely useless app. The users are only thinking about something different but they hide behind the „cs community“ lie. If you are a new user there is almost no chance that somebody will host you. You should satisfy them somehow, they don’t care about security, it is something different. Disclaimer: I don’t care about the money, I have enough to go anywhere and to stay as long as I want. But this concept was nice if people use it as intended.

I can’t enter the app, but your app already got 1,99 for the subscription from be but I still see the screen where I need to pay. What should I do next?

Couchsurfing will suggest you to pass verification for €54 (even for paid subscribers). The price will be written in small grey font on a grey background. Couchsurfing has a no-refund policy. I’m not the only one who was caught by this, their Trustpilot rating is 1.3/5. Moreover, there are actually very few active users, most of the surfers haven’t been online for years, so don’t trust the numbers, always filter by “last seen online”! Don’t believe their AppStore ranking, check other sources.

Perfectly usable app, thanks for existing, but one thing is very, very annoying. Sometimes the loading animation would get stuck forever instead of showing a timeout error or something. So I need to completely close the app, do search all over again. Please make it timeout, add a cancel loading button or something.
