Неоднократно были проблемы с доставкой, когда к примеру ожидалось на одно время, были задержки не час, задержки со стороны заведения и самого приложения. Когда обращались в поддержку, предлагают отменить заказ без возврата средст, нет клиентоориентированности совсем, отвечают шаблонными сообщениями много раз. Не признают свою вину, будут увиливать максимально. Не рекомендую.

Supermarket order gone wrong

They did not include 13 of the 52 items in my order but they still charged me the same. And some other items are the wrong ones. That was Carrefour. Don’t know who is to blame but I will not be doing this again

Я замовив Написав шо решта з 500 Він приїхав ( з запізненням на хвилин 30) каже шо має всього 100 грн Я почав писати в підтримку Вони вибачились, сказали зо закриють в борг ( розрахуватись разом з наступним замовленням) Подзвонили йому , сказали то Він «ок» Я прошу дати замовлення , він каже чекати бо не закрите 5хв чекаєм Я знов пишу Мені кажуть шо він має віддати Він каже шо не віддає , бо в нього не показує що закрито Я йду Мені пишуть ще раз що все ок «але ви пішли» Я вертаюсь Він знов не віддає Я ще раз пишу Йому дзвонять І той додік, далі не віддає Це тривало майже годину. Замовлення я так і не отримав

Useless update

App was perfectly fine before today’s update. Crashed 10x. Reinstalled app twice. Won’t let me log in. I’ve never seen an app update go so badly. Frustrating and useless.
