Дуже не задоволена, приїхало замовлення без трьох позицій які я замовляла, соус приїхав не той, розтікся салат на всі продукти, в кошти зняло за все, навіть за продукти яких не було, написавши їм про цю ситуацію, вони повернули кошти і зняли ще більше
Good store to order food in because the food was amazing . However, the delivery driver was dishonest because he was supposed to give me the change of $225.00 , but he gave me only $200 and when I asked him for the rest of balance he walked away . Very uncoordinated behaviour.
Firstly my address kept disappearing - I kept adding it and it would just disappear on orders. The support team helped that time. I use Wolt but tried Glovo Prime for a month. The problems started when I tried to cancel the Prime membership - I kept getting error messages. I contacted support and then a 50 minute fruitless exchange started. Firstly, Lizi on support could not find me, then she found me but could not see the the Prime membership. She kept insisting I contacted support some other way and wanted me to log into my account. I had to send many screenshots to show her that I was logged in and using their app’s help feature. I kept asking to escalate this issue to a technical support team, which she ignored. I had to ask 4 or 5 times whether deleting my account would stop Prime from charging and she skirted that question each time. Finally, 50 minutes into the fruitless exchange, she asked for my account information again and said she found the Prime membership and cancelled it. I don’t know if I can trust her because it’s still showing that it will charge in 2 days! Terrible experience!
I just used the app for the first time last night. Ordered 100 lei worth of food. The driver claimed he couldn’t find the address, and said he’s parked in a parking lot which doesn’t exist. When I pointed that out he hung up. When I called again and asked him to meet at the road, he started rambling on about needing to go to the police and told us to cancel the food on my end, which would mean I would have to pay for the food which I didn’t receive. I lodged a request for a refund with customer service for a refund which was denied without explanation. A weird and terrible first experience. I feel scammed out of 100 lei. Safe to say I’m never using this app again.
Great app, better than Uber eats but seeing ads in a service I’ve paid for is unreasonable
