Worst food app ever they dont allow foreign to order their security is so over acting. This is the worst food app i ever tried
Cannot Register my Phone No.
This is not tourist friendly as apparently, you have to have a Spain phone number and/or other international local codes. There is no option for Philippines. I am a tourist here and I wanted to try and order using this app but now I cannot.
2 hrs wait - No delivery - 10 days block of Funds
Agent is not helpful and rude. Rather than really listening to my problem all she does is repeat same words. I’m extremely dissatisfied with your agent and the service you have provided. You have just lost a loyal client. You block my money for 10 days for the order that I’ve waited for 2 hrs and didn’t even receive and give me 8zl compensation like its a joke. Im going to erase glovo and make sure my friends and family dont use such a useless app. They can’t even keep a customer they have.
Glovo = CRIMINALS
I ordered food awhile ago in the Glovo app. My order did not arrived and now glovo do not want to return my money for no reason. This is clearly a form of theft. Glovo you are criminals for stealing my money. Pity, I thought you were a good company.
First time to use Glovo
I ordered Lechon Kawali and Pancit Palabok from Tali and Tiago restaurant. Delicious food. Well packed. Food temperature was ok. To Glovo, kindly add ALL country codes please so that all coubtries' network provider can access Glovo services. Thank you.
Insufficient deliveries
Doesn’t get any deliveries for groceries and medicines in Nettuno.
