In my opinion it would be so much better if the food's calories and ect. was written as details when youre looking at it. Other than that great app
Glovo support
I’m in Kazakhstan I ordered three blocks of terea cigarettes, but only one came directly. I wrote support one hour has passed. I still did not get a reply. This is embarrassing by a huge company not replying to a customer. I really trusted this delivery app. Normally it was my best one, but unfortunately, I’ll be deleting it. It’s a waste of time. I just wanted answers and I could not even get that.

Worst customer service ever they cancel my order more than 5 this week ı lost my hours for waiting my orders they only refund bad app bad service
Bring bad products and don’t return money!
They deliver rotten products and say, they don’t return it. Deleting the app.
Unacceptable Service and Unjust Charges
I am extremely dissatisfied with Glovo’s service. After canceling an order within two minutes, I was still charged the full amount, and my refund request was denied. This is unacceptable and feels like theft. I will not use Glovo again and advise others to be cautious.
GLOVO ARE CRIMINALS USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK TGEY DON'T DELIVER AND YOUR MONEY IS GONE TOO
Glovo you guys are criminals, you fail to deliver and then refuse to refund the money. Thieves that is what you are and u will make sure everyone knows
