Glovo: Food & Grocery Delivery

I have used this app to order home-groceries since one year ago. I have been A Glovo Prime Member aswell. They have been scamming people with their recent newest update that doesn't make you chat with agents and put in a complaint instead where they intentionally RIP YOU OFF. It is unacceptable! I put an order in and the receipt came with many products missing in the receipt compared to the online order. No they don't do the automatic refunds anymore you need to clean up their mess and negligence by submitting a complaint where you get ripped off and not properly compensated. Im a medical student, I don't have time to sit and dispute and complain do your job properly!! The full compensation should have been around 9 dollars and the agent chose to give me 5 dollars back. This is the second time they didn’t compensate properly. Which is in unacceptable and unprofessional. You can’t submit multiple complaints for the same order either aka: products were not fresh and missing products at the same time. Im going to download other apps to order from because the Glovo app is scamming people and not compensating the customer and not communicating with sellers that doesn't send your orders properly.

If your order is fine, then it’s all good. But if something wrong happens to it, then welcome to hell. In my case I didn’t receive one of the items in my order. I have reached out to them and reported an issue. However they reply within 2-3 days, so the whole process took weeks of communication with them and in the end they refused to refund me even though I had clear photos of missing item / receipt and reached out right after I received the order. They don’t even bother to explain why they won’t refund it, they just copy paste their default reply that they are sad that you were disappointed with the service, but they will not refund you anything and you should rest assured they will take your feedback very seriously :D Sure thing. Truly scam service dropping you as a client after they got money from you. Happy to loose a client because of 750 dinars. I have never had any problems with Uber Eats and foodora, got the refund right away, never spent so much of my time and energy trying to resolve an issue with a food delivery app. Deleted the app and never use it again.

My food was not delivered and they still charged me for the order. There were no attempts by them to fix the situation.

I am in Mamia, ordered 2 pizzas and 2 beers with arrival time 50-70 min. After 2 hours I contacted support and it was a brick wall. Cancellation would cost me as much as the order (40 euros). After a min I got: order delivered and the money was drawn from my account. Now I get an auto-reply in chat that I will get an email to log my complaint and so on… Paid money - no Customer service that cares about you - NO FOOD. SCAM.

First time user and this was so great! Placed an order for drinks and basic supplies that is heavy to carry. Order delivered same day within 2 hrs😊

Probably the worst customer service on this planet. No accountability, same AI-generated macros in every reply and zero reading comprehension.

I returned a product worth 48 euros from SuperGlovo and they never returned my money. Support is automated messages that don’t read what you write. Give my credits and I’ll change my review. Order ID: BPADLDZM.
