I wish to compliment the cabin crew of the flight that I was on from Johannesburg to Frankfurt. LH573. It was my first international flight, and they were amazing to my first experience a memorable one. Particular praise for Tereza (I think her last name was Henkl - not sure). I can definitely recommend Lufthansa, and I look forward to my 2 Lufthansa flights back home to South Africa. Job well done 👏🏻👏🏻
False advertising
Lufthansa will not honour quotes that are generated by this app and their call center cannot provide support for the app.
Excellent Service
I had a very good experience flying with Lufthansa on their München, Frankfurt & Johannesburg route. My only negative was a wheel was broken off my luggage. Other than that the service was excellent

Slow mobile app with many technical issues
I’m having frequent poor experiences with the Lufthansa mobile app. The app is very slow and do not respond. Many time outs, error messages or just landing on a blank page. This issue is persistent and happing most of the time, especially when trying to search or book flights. I have the latest iOS software version on my Apple iPhone and also the latest version of Lufthansa’s mobile app. The poor user experience with your app has led me to rather make use of other airlines. Their mobile apps are much better and faster with no technical issues when searching and booking flights.
