Can the real Lufthansa please stand up?
Lufthansa right now feels like they are not here to help anyone at all - there is no meaningful personal contact - only some calls get answered and the answer is we have nothing to say or your query is not our department - we can’t help. The contact links on this website are broken or else I don’t understand them. Staff on the telephone have given us numbers to call for help which are in fact an automated answer when you call that number - they must already know this.
We have now received emails from Lufthansa in response to our calls and information from them that must be untrue. They don’t answer the question and simply restate ‘we don’t know’ or ‘we have already told you’ as if we are wrong. It is hard to rate any stars at all. I hope this can change as this apparent systemic failure at Lufthansa is not because of increased workload.
