Die App ist top. Buche die meisten Flüge über die Lufthansa App, machmal etwas teurer, aber die Sicherheit und die Serviceline sind es absolut wert.

Das Update brachte Verbesserungen in der Menüstruktur. Prinzipiell ist die neue Version benutzerfreundlicher. Und jetzt kommt das Aber: Der Check-in, so zeigt‘s die App, ist möglich, zwei Seiten später kommt die Meldung: Check-in ist erst später möglich. Sitzplatz wechseln: Die App schickt mich ins Nirvana (Lädt den Sitzplan bis in die Unendlichkeit und noch viel weiter!) Das iPhone kann praktischerweise programmiert werden (ist ganz einfach): Wenn ich ein Kürzel eintippe - zum Beispiel „sen“ -, dann scheint automatisch meine Senatornummer auf. Überall kann ich dieses praktische Gimmick verwenden, nur in der LH-App nicht. Warum nicht? Und warum muss ich jedes Mal beim Check-in meine Senatornummer aufs Neue eingeben? Warum werden meine Daten nicht gespeichert?

Leider kann ich keinen fünften Stern vergeben. Die Streiks und Auseindersetzungen der vergangenen Monate haben meine Begeisterung für die Lufthansa-Gruppe massiv beeinträchtigt. 
Verloren gegangenes Vertrauen und Image wird so leicht nicht wieder hergestellt werden können. Das sollte sich die Gewerkschaft gründlich durch den Kopf gehen lassen.
