Flug von Frankfurt nach Vancouver - chaotisches Boarding wie in Asien, der Flug selbst ausgezeichnet. Rückflug- trotz bezahlter Sitzplätze beim check-in andere bekommen wurde dann aber gelöst! Die neue A350 ist schön hat aber ein paar Probleme(Sitz geht nicht, sehr komplizierte Bedienung) ansonsten alles gut

App funktioniert nicht

mir werden in der Lufthansa App keine Flüge zu buchen angezeigt ein Anruf bei der Senator-Hotline hat nix gebracht könnt ihr die App bitte wieder zum Laufen bringen

Business Flug

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, es ist wirklich schön mit Lufthansa Business zu fliegen! Jedoch war es diesmal ein wenig enttäuschend. Heute sind wir vom Flug Boston-München zurück gekommen und es waren ein paar Dinge ärgerlich. Angefangen hat es mit meiner Fernbedienung, die war kaputt und ich musste alles mit dem touchscreen bedienen. Dies stellte sich in Liegeposition als sehr umständlich heraus. In München sind wir um 12 Uhr gelandet und haben endlich nach 2 Stunden das Flughafen Gelände mit unseren Koffern verlassen. Priority Gepäck (wofür ich mitunter bei Business auch bezahle, und zwar 3.200,00 für Hin- und Rückflug) kam erst irgendwann. Davor waren viele andere Economy Fluggäste abgefertigt. Da habe ich mir wirklich gedacht: schade um das viele Geld. (Ich bin keine Großverdienerin, habe es mir trotzdem gegönnt) Vielleicht geben sie mir ein Feedback. Liebe Grüße Ulrike Lesjak

Extrem frustrierend

Da quält man sich durch die ganzen, völlig redundanten Eingaben von Passnummer, Wohnsitz und ich weiß nicht was, um dann am Ende eine nichts sagende Fehlermeldung zu bekommen. „ Check-in fehlgeschlagen. Aus technischen Gründen ist das Einchecken fehlgeschlagen. Bitte versuchen Sie das Check-in später noch einmal.“

Buchungen werden nicht automatisch mehr angezeigt

Seit letzter Woche werden alle meine Buchungen nicht angezeigt.

Dumme App

Persönliche Daten oder auch MM Karte werde nie für den Checkin gespeichert, jedes mal der selbe aufwändige Müll, zum 🤮

Praktisch

Ingesamt gute App, man hat immer alles im Blick und ist gut informiert.

App hat extrem viele Bugs

Seit Monaten funktioniert die App nicht ordentlich. So gibt es die Information, dass es keine Flüge an einem bestimmten Tag gibt, was jedoch nicht stimmt. Man muss dann auf den Tag davor oder danach gehen und dann nochmals auf den gewünschten Tag, dann geht es plötzlich. Jetzt zeigt es plötzlich, dass es keine Hin- und Rückflüge zwischen Wien und Frankfurt gibt, nur One Way. Stimmt natürlich auch nicht, habe noch keine Umgehungsmethode gefunden. 🙈🙈🙈Kann man diese Bugs und noch viele andere bitte fixen.

Grundfunktionen fehlerhaft

Alles in allem eine schlechte Umsetzung, diese Grundfunktionen muss die App einfach können, sonst benötige ich diese nicht. Beispiele: - Sitzplatzreservierung oft nicht möglich - Fluginformationen oft falsch und verspätet - Änderungen werden nicht angezeigt
