APP entra em loop
Antes eu colocava as informações e o APP apresentava as opções de voos. Agora entra em loop e não apresenta nada. Rumo ao fracasso. Comprei em outra companhia apesar de nos últimos 10 anos ter voado na Lufthansa

O aplicativo é sensacional, o único problema é que depois da última atualização eu não estou conseguindo mais fazer reservas ou ver preços de passagens pelo app. Só fica carregando e não mostra nenhuma informação. Mudarei minha avaliação assim que resolverem este problema. Observação: iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Não existe o app “LH Kundenservice” que me foi dito e mostrado em anotações. Não tem opção de consultar outro voo para casos de atraso ou perda de voo por problemas de vocês, não meu. Trocaram voo, cancelaram outro e perdi a conexão. Pelo app que não existe não consigo e aqui também não.
