지난번에 홈페이지 리뉴얼한다고 마일리지 다 날라간거 생각하면 열받지만 대처도 정말아쉬움 찾아주려고 노력도 안함 특히 한국직원들도 앵무새처럼 독일본사에 연락하라고함 서비스를 기대하지않지만 최소도 안함 공항에서 보면 한국직원들이 더 외국인같이 행동함 지상직안 안그럼 매번 탈때마다 느낌 일년에 6번 이상은 루프트 한자 타는데 항상그럼 무튼 어플은 확실히 리뉴얼하고 안정적이고 빠름
