Wir wollten unbedingt mit Lufthansa fliegen, haben auch früher gute Erfahrung gehabt. Leider war es heute ein Katastrophales ab Malta nach Basel. 1. Wir haben kurzfristig gewusst, dass wir ab Malta nach München nicht mit Lufthansa fliegen müssten. Es war unmöglich bei Air Malta online Check in durchzuführen. Es ist sehr wichtig, Ihr das System unter der Kontrolle haben müsste. 2. Wir hatten unsere Tax Free, ab Malta haben der Beamter uns gesagt, wir das Stempel vom München kriegen müssen. Sie haben uns aber nicht gesagt, die Waren bei uns für die Kontrolle bleiben sollten. Sie haben einfach unsere Koffer bis nach Basel checked in. 3. Wir sind in München Terminal 2 angekommen. Vom Lufthansa Service haben sie uns gesagt, wir Terminal 1 H26 gehen müssen, nur dort Zollstempel möglich ist. 4. Wir waren hin und her endlich im Terminal 1 Schweizer Zone gefunden. 5. Das war die beste Katastrophe was ich mit meiner Frau erste mal solche Verhalten vom Zollbeamtin erlebt habe. Ihre Kommunikation ARTE war sehr rassistisch, macht artig und Ehre verletzende. Für uns war es ein Schock, zuerst haben wir unser Tax Free verloren, danach hin und her gestossen und Ende kommt die Beamtin und solche unmenschliche Ton und Art uns einfach diskriminiert, weil wir mit Travel Reise geflogen sind, vermute ich. Es ist einfach ein Schande! Ich mache mich jetzt merge sorge, was im April passieren wäre, weil ich meine Flugbilette schön eingekauft habe. Ich werde die Zollbeamtin und Ihre Verhalten nie vergessen. Aus allem haben sie von mir 1 Sterne bekommen. Es war eine schlechte Enttäuschung für uns.

App/Unternehmen/etc. eifach nur untauglich
Kein funktionierender Kundendienst, keine Antwort auf Emails Anfragen etc. Link zum zurücksetzen des Passwortes: Fehlanzeige. Miles&More login: kannste vergessen. Scheint ein Wunder sein das die Flugzeuge nicht wie tote Fliegen vom Himmel fallen! Ein Hoch auf Deutsche Effizienz!
Just a web interface, almost no offline functionality
The app has almost zero offline functionality and constantly requires new logins to see what flights you booked. Shows boarding passes and us somewhat ok, but not great. I am mostly annoyed by it.

Leider klappt das anzeigen der Bordkarte in der App nicht mehr. Hab es über email dann zugeschickt und in wallet gespeichert. Funktionalität anscheinend auch besser wenn man erst eine ID abschliesst

Schnelle Information! Das Gate würde geändert, ich habe eine schnelle Information erhalten.
Basic, improvements needed!
The app is extremely slow and is constantly lagging. It’s very cumbersome and frustrating that all your details need to be repeatedly entered at every check in, even if it’s a return flight! Even the booking reference needs to be entered manually during check in process which is absolutely ridiculous!

Doesn’t work at all!
Is it just me or somebody has messed it up?
What used to be relatively OK working app seems to be now almost useless - searching for & booking flights does not work - is stuck at screen with searching - although having a valid LH booking number, when entered, it writes me not found - when doing the check-in and want to have the boardcard QR just in the app, it does not open it, but re-initiates the check-in process - does not show info on booking classes - flight management (and rebooking) does not work even though the button is available - it is fine that’s connected to apps of Swiss and Austrian, however receiving 3 notifications at the same time is a bit useless… as well as when austrian notifies you that the flight is ready for check-in, you click it, and realize that it is not ready
