Shamefully backwards app. Menus are not intuitive, functionality minimal, real-time information non-existent. How can such large company not care about making proper app that would already make on-line check-in fast and intuitive (like no status if you have already successfully done it, buttons like “select seat” instead of “next” or similar and so on. YOU CAN DI BETTER LUFTHANSA!

The app is lagging. Once I made the payment for my tickets and I was charged from my Visa card, the app requested to pay once more, stating that the payment was unsuccessful even though the respective amount was charged already. There is no possibility to contact anyone directly over the issue which makes even more complexity.
I couldn’t scan my ID for easier check in neither by Lufthansa app nor by Staralliance app.
I can’t make online check inn and there is some problems with flight status
Delivers messages on gate change after a week, at 3 am... overall not thought through, when I enter booking number, each time I need to enter miles&more?! Seriously?! Poor, crashing a lot and not comfortable app for such a company is a shame... the web is better than the app, so why bother?
