Love the fact that it can combine the receipts for all rides of a day; app seems to recently have connectivity issues on cellphone data though. On Wifi it seems reliable.
Sehr schlechtes Service
Haben 30 Minuten auf den Fahrer gewartet my Fahrer ändert bei Regenwetter in letzter Minute den Abholort. Am Weg zum Abholort sind wir nass geworden, währenddessen der Fahrer die Fahrt abgebrochen hat. Abgesehen davon, dass wir zum Schiff mussten! Sehr schlechtes Service. Kann mit Uber nicht mithalten!
Nie wieder
Haben es über Cash versucht und es wurden 25 Dollar abgezogen - okay versteh ich ja noch zur Sicherheit. Aber wenn man über dem Guthaben auf der App bucht, dann wird der Betrag von dem angeführten Konto gezahlt. Warum? Wenn man ein Guthaben hat und es über Cash zahlen will, also Guthaben, warum wird der zu zahlende Betrag nicht über das angegebene Abgezogen? Und Mail schreiben kann man sowieso nicht oder anders kontaktieren. Nie wieder und kann es 0 weiterempfehlen. Das Einzige ist - der Fahrer war nett und überpünktlich

App worked Not correct by the first try and booked the money double
Have bad timing !
They tell u a ride is coming at a certain time but it don’t show for 20 more mins finds u new ride and I have to wait 10 more minutes if u in a rush I suggest not
Poor service
I registered 3 CC plus PayPal and Apple Pay and even uploaded 100$ and still isn’t working! I contacted Lyft 3 times and didn’t got any help

Bad service compared to competition
I have been using another ride sharing app before and tried lyft now - they have incredibly lousy service. My account was deactivated two times, there is no one to help. If you need to rely on this app for your travel needs, don’t.
