The driver worked for this company. In fact. I was cheated with bonuses several times. The last time I spoke with support was half a day to compensate the car dealership and they made me look like a fool. A client on a trip for which I received $4 spilled a coffee drink on the seat and for this they called me a liar, but I had evidence and even that did not help. The company chose the client's side
Lyft’s issue resolving mechanism doesn’t find any problem with a ride/driver that simply drove from the origin to destination without a passenger (but they charged for it). Returning back to Uber!

They gonna charge you $80 for a damage that you didn't make in the car and will not listen to you, they only listen to the driver's version which is not true

Its very rare when time until arrival of a driver is actual time... app usually shows 5-7 minutes, but I wait 15 instead🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ not good when you are in a hurry
I don’t have an US number and wasn’t able to receive verification code in first steps. Tried both methods with text and call. Call method doesn’t work and tells that my number is incorrect.
disgusting when you return to your country, and you get a bill for $ 250. the trip together with other passengers cost no more than $ 8, and then it turns out that we were charged with 250. the driver did not say any complaints, we did not damage anything. I consider it theft! technical support works very badly, they will not send you a photo about the damage, they will not explain anything for what reason they are accused of the damage, no apologies. nothing! worse then uber! disgusting work!
