Mostly good
I have had a 80% good experience with Lyft. The app could be more intuitive and not automatically go back to the booking page until the ride is FULLY booked. I had a hard time booking my first Lyft on this trip because it kept popping back to the booking page when I scrolled down. I thought I’d booked because it said 6 minutes only to find out how after many and 20 mins. The next thing is, you should be able to go back and change a rating for a driver. My finger slipped and I gave a driver a lower rating than he deserved, then was not able to change it. Had no problem with the drivers except one didn’t speak English, so it was hard to communicate a stop change to him. But he was nice.

24 Hr Authorization Holds?!
My tire had caught a flat the morning i was leaving for work. Lyft charged me 70.78 for a 15 minute ride and then placed the charge on hold and NEVER scheduled my ride! My husband placed a ride and got it 20% cheaper and a lot faster! I will be uninstalling! I was late to a very important meeting that could had cost me my career!
