Don’t use it if you don’t want to have problems all the time. Overcharging for a trip, customer service is a joke, cannot delete my acc, cannot access my acc with sms code. Terrible as F.

Ta firma tylko przyjmuje zgłoszenia (w moim przypadku dotyczącą faktury) i wcale nie odpisuje. Czekam 2 tygodnie na fakturę i nic. Brak kontynuacji korespondencji co uniemożliwia poprawne dotarcie do sedna sprawy. Brak czatu także uniemożliwia kontakt. Brak jakiegokolwiek wsparcia. Jak widać niższa cena za przejazdy odbija się na obsłudze klienta. Nie polecam!

The driver had different meeting point then we had. We had to wait and call to the driver and explain where we are and waiting 25min longer.

Hire more drives or at least don show time of arival u wont meet

Even though I put a $25 credit it keeps asking me for card number….useless

The error is „something went wrong” and the user needs to guess what do they mean. Lyft support is useless, the company and the app are crap.

App works nice. You can meet great drivers that are really cheerful. But too often people do not think and cause you problems. Especially when u need to be in time. And a driver comes and tells you she cant take you to the airport cos she does not have a permit... although she took that ride with you. And u get late and nervous. Reason - bed procedures and not good customer service and problem solutions at the hq.

I was using lyft in LV and NY. LV was acceptable but still much worse than Uber. New York - really bad drivers, bad pickups (wrong locations or drivers not moving for 10 minutes). Its cheap with $50 credit u get but far from safe
